Fruit Salad In Jelly

Serves: 8

INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon strawberry jelly (1 packet)
1 tablespoon peach jelly (1 packet)
1 kiwifruit
1 banana
1 peach
1 orange citrus
lemon juice
orange juice
mint leaves

PREPARATION

  • Prepare strawberry and peach jellies with half of the water indicated in the packet. Set in the fridge
  • Peel orange and separate into segments and remove seeds. Peel and slice kiwifruit, peach and banana. Sprinkle with lemon juice.Place all the fruit in individual serving bowls 
  • Slice jelly into cubes and mix with fruit. 
  • Sprinkle with orange juice and decorate with mint leaves.
